Compliments boursin, salty deviled eggs made with dijon mustard, smoked trout or salmon. Used with appetizers and small bites. Use a small amount. Does not taste like mustard. Similar tart bitterness of arugula, dandelion greens, IPA beers. A hard to find unique garnish for foodies.
