Pickled Mustard Seeds

A garnish designed to accompany very salty and fatty cheeses and meats. A.K.A. Vegan caviar because of its appearance. Cuts through the saltiness of feta, ricotta salata. Compliments boursin, salty deviled eggs made with dijon mustard, smoked trout or salmon. Used with appetizers and small bites. Use a small amount. Does not taste like mustard. Similar tart bitterness of arugula, dandelion greens, IPA beers. A hard to find unique garnish for foodies.
